Alas Meridian started as a three-person customs desk in 2011, handling overflow freight for shippers who'd been burned by missed windows and vague updates. Fifteen years later we run dedicated lanes through 42 countries — but the standard hasn't changed: a date you can actually plan around, and a person who picks up the phone when something goes sideways.
We're not the biggest forwarder in the industry, and we don't try to be. We'd rather be the one our shippers call directly instead of opening a ticket.
